Filling machines with piston pumps for filling of a diversity of liquids in the lower and medium range of viscosity, such as agricultural chemistry, household chemistry and construction chemistry, products of mineral oil, disinfectants and also liquid food, such as oils, marinades and beverages. These machines are used in semi- and fully automatic plants.
Filling machines with piston pumps are suitable for filling containers from 50 ml up to 30 litres. The set up of the machines is easy due to the linear arrangement of the dosing units, machines are very strong and durable. They can easily be exchanged with other formats. The machines have a modular design. The capacity can be increased essentially by adding dosing units to the originally ordered quantities.
By adding more components, such as sorting and collation tables, closing units for different types of caps, labeling technique, sealing stations, check weighers and even the complete packing system we can offer complete filling lines with up to 12 dosing units and filling capacities of up to 10 000 l/h.
